Today I went with the 'rents over to Milton to get broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages, and more turnips. He also raises rabbits (for pets, not food, don't fret), and they were adorable, but I didn't take a photo because I didn't want to scare them with the flash. He plays country music in their shed, he says it keeps away the neighborhood dogs.

His broccoli is purple! But it tastes the same. (He also has orange cauliflower.)

You know, I don't think I've ever seen broccoli growing? I had no idea it was so leafy.
